Scerri began her professional career in 2002 in London after earning a scholarship to study at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, where she graduated in 2007. Over the years, her work has been exhibited in galleries across the United Kingdom, Italy, Malta, and Spain.[5][6] She later pursued a Master of Arts in Illustration at Falmouth University, deepening her theoretical and practical engagement with visual storytelling.[7][8]

Beyond her individual artistic practice, Scerri serves as the artistic director of the CSAI Foundation.[9]

Her contributions to contemporary art continue to bridge traditional and emerging disciplines, particularly in the intersection of art and artificial intelligence.[10] Scerri collaborated with Angelo Dalli during 2022-2024 on exploring AI and human emotions, and the concept of data visualization, inspired by Kurt Vonnegut, culminating in the Tomorrow's Blossoms series of AI art works.[11][12][13][14][15]
